- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our property management fee is 15% for all-inclusive management, everything from guest communication, check-in and check out, to minor maintenance and cleaner management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an initial call to get to know you and your property, then we will do an analysis to determine what we think the property could generate, followed by the onboarding of the property. The process is simple and straightforward for clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Francis K. Darko is the Owner and CEO of YourSTRmanagement. Francis is originally from Ghana but immigrated to Kansas City from Italy when he was 7 years old. With a passion for the hospitality industry, Francis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and worked for the Kansas City Convention and Visitors Bureau for 3 years.
