- What types of customers have you worked with?
We only provide residential property management services to our clients. We don't sell real estate, or manage our own investment properties, or have other day jobs. This gives you assurance your property is getting the 24/7 attention and focus required to make it a pleasant and profitable investment for you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience in important areas, such as maintenance, leasing, collections, marketing, advertising, tenant relations, financial analysis and budgets, and knowledge of relevant local and state laws. Additionally, property managers in Missouri and Kansas are required to be licensed with each states real estate commission. Insuring your property manager has this criteria will limit your risk.
