Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: This site like many others charge the contractor for the "lead" Average $65.00 that is why you get sales people. They are pressured to say anything to sell and up-sell things you do not need because the boss does not want to pay for leads that do not produce. I am not a sales person I am an expert construction guy being in the business for 40 years. This is the only site I belong to because combined with my referrals it is all the work I can handle. I do not believe in taking in more work than you can keep on schedule. When contractors take to much work it just leaves customers with false hope. We will start Monday and then it turns into the following Monday, if you are lucky. If you are here now I ask you check the BBB and online reviews before you "choose to contact". I am a qualified company vetted by the State of KS attorney generals office. A law every year. If you are price shopping and getting over 3 bids or a "house flipper"spear me my time please? Imagine if you paid $65.00 for 10 leads and people are as I described above it is not fair to the contractor. Quick way to loose $650.00 real quick. Many times I get calls from people that I had bid on their project asking to repair some other contractors crap work. A few people even had the nerve to ask, and say they don't have much money because the bum contractor took their money and I should have went with you in the first place. If you want it done the right way, one time call a qualified contractor like me. No frills here. When you pay for a job, especially handcrafted, you pay not only for the material used, but also: - Knowledge - Experience - Tools - Services - Time to go - punctuality - Accountability - Professionalism - Accuracy - Guaranteed - Patents - Sacrifices - Safety and security - Payment of tax obligations When it comes to insurance claims we have to play by the rules. How can an adjuster write an estimate when they have no hands on construction experience yet they do everyday. That is where I come in with decades of experience. I have very low over head and no sales people. Small shop does not mean all small jobs we do large commercial flat roof jobs as well. Small shop means better control of quality. Low overhead = best prices! Small shop = phone number directly to me the owner. My mission is to reach 100% customer satisfaction. Locally owned and with great products and workmanship, we hope to earn your loyal business! We work with all Insurance companies. We have a Top Pro distinction! "What is a Top Pro? There are pros – and then there are Top Pros. Top Pros know how to get hired on Thumbtack again and again, delivering truly exceptional customer experiences." I am the owner, I answer the phones, I measure the jobs, I schedule the jobs, I do the accounting and billing, I do the buying, I am the computer guy you can call me anytime if I am available I will answer or get right back to you. I keep my costs low by working harder than the other guy, and instead of charging the customer more than what is a fair profit for me to make, I lower my price to pass the savings on to the customer. Plain and simple. Insurance jobs I bid with the same software the insurance companies use and the pricing is automatic so that is my pricing on insurance jobs what ever the software says it is. I give $250.00 $500.00 and $1,000.00 off to new customers at my discretion.

General Contracting

We reached out to five contractors all of which said they could not start until July. None impressed us at all. David then gives us a bid by email within 48 hrs. and then we meet and discuss scope of project and set a date for start. We never expected him to work solely on this project from start to finish but that is exactly what he delivered. Timely arrival times arranged in advance with us, excellent communication throughout even while working in our home, touching base, asking questions, clarifying details. David exceeded our expectations and found a window that we only discussed verbally on the first meeting and it looked fabulous when in place. We will work with David again on multiple projects because he shows integrity with the quality of his work as well as shows up when he says he is coming to start work. He finished exactly on schedule with having to arrange electrical contractors. We are still working on other projects and looking forward to hi, assisting us with those. Lana Lee

General Contracting

David is an excellent contractor to work with. He always came through, met expectations and beyond, did high quality work with integrity and strong ethics. He will make you always feel like your job is the only job he's working on. And did I mention value? David came in with the lowest bid for the job, but was completely worth it. Beat other bids by at least $1000... Huge savings without sacrificing quality or time. Had our basement finished from bare walls within 3 weeks. The electrician he used was EXCELLENT. I couldn't be happier with how our basement turned out.

Roof Installation or Replacement

Everything he said he would do he did. No sales pitch at all. I asked for an estimate, and he gave me one. He was able to give me one within hours by using Google Earth. That may not work for everyone but it did in my situation. I put a 50% down and they were able to start 2 days later although he told me it might be 2 weeks. David even came out to check on his crew and their progress. Out of 3 other estimates his was the best. I would use him and recommend him without hesitation.

It was a pleasure meeting you folks! Talk about salespeople another job I am doing this week, the sales guy from another company, without the owner even asking them gave them a quote on a 50 year Impact resistant roof shingle for $12,000.00. I am doing it for around $5,500.00 and will make a reasonable profit. Again they are commissioned sales people. The more they sell the more they make. Thank you!

Roof Installation or Replacement

Enjoyed working with Noble Roofing. I appreciated Dave's professionalism as well as his promptness in returning calls and texts. He was quick to solve a mother nature issue that arose and his quality of work was appreciated by the buyer. Thanks Dave.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is in line with little or no overhead which I pass along. I also discount automatically a new customer. Most cases I can help with deductibles if possible. I do not have sales people. If you add up the commissions they get and office overhead ( I do not have) that is about an additional 15%. The owner pays for that.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet and greet discus their project address their concerns if any. Look over the job take pictures and measure.. make notes of particulars then back to the office for pricing. Submit an estimate.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

One of the only Haag certified property inspectors on this site. You can only attend the school if you have 10 years or more in he business and verifiable jobs you did. Then it is a grueling 40 hour instruction from the Haag companies forensic engineers. The you must pass two 4 hr test. LEAD cert, Mold cert, 40 years or more with hands on. I multi master craftsman expert from Massachusetts
