About
Kitchen remodel estimates can be shocking. A friend was quoted $137,000 for his kitchen. By guiding him to smarter choices, we saved over $37,000 without cutting corners.
With 17 years in business as a licensed General Contractor, I handle the entire project from start to finish. I’m a consumer myself, so I focus on value: quality cabinets, smart design, and efficient installation, not overpriced showrooms.
Whether you’re updating a kitchen or planning a garage remodel, I’ll walk you through each step, help you compare options, and make sure you understand where every dollar goes.
If you want a professional, cost-conscious remodel with personal attention, contact me to discuss your project and start planning your upgrade.

My husband and I found David on ThumbTack and have been nothing but 100% thrilled with his work. He contacted us right away, gave us an amazingly reasonably priced quote and with the exception of what we requested to add on, was right on!! He worked with us to make the best plan possible to get the most bang for our buck (we pick up and pay for supplies and clean u each day to help decrease his "busy work" time) and was always full of great advice to ensure the job got done right and according to code without wringing money out of us left and right.
We had a very specific plan in mind and he was able to not only meet, but exceed all of our expectations. We have already recommended David to our friends, neighbors and co-workers and would be happy to serve as a reference for anyone who is interested. HIRE THIS MAN!!! Great work ethic, amazing communication, punctual and efficient. We will be using him again and again as we make our house our own. Thanks David! -- Julie and Matt Randolph

I would also say the same for you folks! What a great pleasure and experience and not only did you folks hold up to your end of the bargain. That also exceeded my expectations! I understand people need things done and budgets.. With sweat equity into the project by the owners together we made it happen. Thank you both very much and I would love to see some pics of the progress as you finish. Thank you very much I appreciated the work.

Thank you for the great review Joanna. It is not always an easy road working with insurance claims but we got through it successfully. Happy New Year!

In addition to my own home, I have owned three rental homes, so have frequently needed the services of a contractor. I hired Dave to repair a badly damaged roof and porch and replace an asphalt drive with a concrete driveway. Dave is, hands down, THE most professional contractor I have ever hired. Without exception, he responded very quickly (within a couple hours at the most) to emails or texts and his replies were both articulate and thorough--a rare quality in his industry. He was very knowledgeable AND extremely patient when it came to dealing with the insurance company. Most importantly, it is obvious that he takes pride in both his work and that of his subcontractors. Not only does the work he did look great, the house is in MUCH better condition structurally than it was before damage happened. I will not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

I highly recommend David @ Noble General Contracting. He recently finished our basement, including 3/4 bath. He was fantastic to work with, reliable, honest, extremely responsive, and did very quality work. I think you'll have a hard time finding Dave's combination of value, quality, and partnership elsewhere.

Thank you very much for the great review! You folks were a pleasure to work for.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in line with little or no overhead which I pass along. I also discount automatically a new customer. Most cases I can help with deductibles if possible. I do not have sales people. If you add up the commissions they get and office overhead ( I do not have) that is about an additional 15%. The owner pays for that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet discus their project address their concerns if any. Look over the job take pictures and measure.. make notes of particulars then back to the office for pricing. Submit an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the only Haag certified property inspectors on this site. You can only attend the school if you have 10 years or more in he business and verifiable jobs you did. Then it is a grueling 40 hour instruction from the Haag companies forensic engineers. The you must pass two 4 hr test.
