Luke was very professional and courteous. They did a nice job. We were surprised at the end by what appeared to us to be hidden cost, charging 1.5 hours of labor for "travel time" to dispose of fairly minimal yard waste in addition to the $22.00 disposal fee (which was in initial quote).

Dr. Leigh, I thank you for your business and are sorry I did not explain the labor charges for dumping but the cost was not hidden. In the estimate I quoted you 8-10 hours and you requested more work and I still only billed for 9.

He promised the job would be done on 7/3 even after showing up the day before and telling me his crew all went on vacation without telling him the day before my job was to start. Not a huge deal, I paid my son and his friend to help. Still didn't happen. He was supposed to return early the following morning to complete the job before my party. This is important because my yard was a mud pit from the pool install and my dog could not use the back yard nor could anyone else. I assumed he'd be back on the 5th to complete it. No show. I touched base and he told me he'd be back the following day to finish. He showed up late in the day unannounced. Not once when he left did he put the sprinkler which was out and ready on the fresh sod. Even when I wasn't home. I lost his number and haven't heard from him in days. I have no clue why he hasn't called to get paid. So many issues with such a seemingly simple job. I try to support small businesses but the last 2 times I've used this site I've gotten terrible results. I hate to rate him 1 star but that's how I feel about the experience as a whole. *I could add many more pics but I think these tell the story

Beware of this company, Luke will come on his own and tell costumer that his company charges $ 25 per hr. He will not disclose clearly that it is $ 25 per person per hr. He will say it will take 9 hrs to complete the job. However, when its time to get paid, he invoices, $ 25 per hr per person. For the 9 hr job, we would expect if 2 people working, the job will be completed, but, he still didn't complete the job what he discussed. I would have better luck of getting the job done with somebody else with the same amount of money I spent on him I have never hired a company who doesn't disclose correctly about their rate. Some companies send 5 men but I never paid per person if that had not been discussed. I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN !!
