Very happy with their work. They were quick, responsive, and able to start the job sooner than originally anticipated. They did an excellent job removing a very large hollowed out tree and stump for me. Post job clean up was great as well. It looks like nothing was ever there.

Although they had a 5-star review, I was admittedly a little worried when i realized that there was only ONE review. But I liked the simplicity of their profile, “We take pride in what we do! Trees are our thing. We strive for excellence and quality. We are trustworthy and love to see our customers happy”. Customer service is important to me so I decided to give them a call.
They first impressed me by taking the time to personally come look at the job. Most contractors ask for pictures. Instead, on 5/3/22 Sara and her husband met me personally at the job site. Sara looked up at the 40+ foot tree, gave me a quote, said, “I would really appreciate your business. I will not keep calling you. No pressure. We're insured and texted her certificate of insurance”. I was impressed as this felt very personal and sincere.
She kept that no pressure promise and I called and booked them on Saturday 6/4/22 to take on the job. Sara once again thanked me for using Tree Outfitters LLC and said they would arrive at 8am on Sunday. A few hours later (still Saturday), they called and said they had finished their job and would like to go ahead and get started on my job. I let her know that it was fine and that I would meet them at the site. They arrived promptly and were hard at work before I even arrived (the site was one of my rental properties). They were able to whittle that giant tree down to about 5’ before they finished up for the day. They waved and said “We’ll see you Sunday”. They pulled off in their little pickup. Later I got worried that that little pickup would NEVER be able to haul all of that debris! It escalated into panic as I wondered if they had all of the big equipment I KNEW it would take to complete the job properly! So much so that I messaged Sara at 1:44 a.m. on Sunday (yes, 1:44 AM)! She replied calmly, “Yea and it’s all going to be finished today.”
At 8 am I get a call, “Good morning, they’re about done!” Sara said. I rushed over to the site - not prepared for how timely and efficient they would be. To my surprise, I’m greeted by a grinder, a chipper, and a GIGANTIC truck nearly filled up with my tree. The 40 foot plus tree had been reduced to rubble. My yard looked better for it and I had a big smile on my face. I gave them a check. Then I noticed I had a message from Sara. "Thank you so much Jacky!” I reread their profile, “We have all the equipment needed to handle any kind of job, big or small.” Tree Outfitters LLC now has 2, Five Star Reviews. They are everything they claim to be and more! Outstanding job! I’m sure there are a lot of companies out there that could DO the job. But while some companies would have considered me a worrisome, difficult or even paranoid customer, Tree Outfitters LLC was so kind, patient and respectful despite my anxiety over having such a huge tree removed. They are not just good with trees they are good with people - and in a time where outstanding customer service is hard to find, they went above and beyond and I am so appreciative!
