- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65 for 1040EZ, 1 State and 1 City. All other forms maybe $20- 50 higher depending on the client situation and forms needed to file.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explained to everyone that I have been doing this type of work for over 32 years. I provide a list of items that is needed for preparing their taxes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take the Annual Filing Season Program (18 CPE), Annual Bank Compliance Training and also the Annual Tax Software Course yearly.
