- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're not cheap. We're not overpriced. We can and will however, show you good value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the customers needs is first. Looking at each situation as unique, we offer our lowest cost solutions up front. We will always provide the most preferred method or solution as well. Our customers are given all the information we have. And can then make their own informed decision of which direction they'd like to proceed in. We are happy to be your ally in that decision process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple Certifications from manufacturers including York, Lennox, Carrier, Am. Standard, Trane, Goodman, and the secondary brands that go along with these manufacturers.
