- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing with free estimates before any work begins. Most jobs are either flat rate or hourly depending on the scope of work, and there are no surprise fees. I also provide discounts for repeat customers and small businesses that need ongoing support. My goal is to provide quality service at a reasonable price while being upfront about costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions to understand the problem or goal, such as what devices are involved and what the customer is trying to accomplish. Once I understand the situation, I provide an estimate and schedule a time that works best for them. During the visit, I troubleshoot or complete the installation, test everything to make sure it works properly, and explain what was done in simple terms before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of professional IT experience working with computers, networks, and business systems. My background includes hands on experience with hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and supporting users in real world environments. I stay current with technology by continuing to learn and adapt as systems and devices change.
