- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are a set fee. What I quote is my fee. That's to include uplighting, disco lighting, fog machines, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I try to establish a date/time to discuss what their needs are and what I offer. Next, I lock in a date/time to meet the clients to make sure that we are all on the same page. Then 30 days out from the event, I contact the clients again to verify any changes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Holiday parties, birthdays, proms, homecomings etc.
