- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to know that for a typical two story home in Missouri/Kansas can vary greatly in price depending on the materials being used, the level of prep work required, and complexity of the job. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want, and we can provide multiple options you can compare side by side.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Estimate with Stephanie at your home 2. Once you've decided to work with us you'll sign the contract, finalize details and start choosing colors 3. Ryan (owner/project manager) will give you a start date time frame and keep you updated 4. TIME TO PAINT 5. Final walk-around with Ryan or crew leader, touchups and completion 6. Congrats! Your home looks great!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painting crews have been painting in KC for over a decade and are very talented. We also have excellent carpenters on both the crews so we can take care of any wood repairs.
