Came out on a Monday, determined the issue promptly while I was with Stephen and he was able to book me an appointment for it to be fixed the next day. Christopher came out and fixed it within 30 minutes. Super happy with the results. My garage door was closing with a two inch gap left open at the bottom. They replaced parts for that, did a tune up and now things are great!

I was really impressed with this company. Not to raise expectations, but we came home to a broken garage door at 11:00 pm. After breaking into my own house, I got on Thumbtack to find someone to fix it. I only sent one inquiry out - to Team Taylor, and immediately got a reply. By 11:30 on a Friday night I had an appointment for the next afternoon. Amazing!! And then when the technician was about to arrive I got a text with his picture. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, I had an estimate to approve and then 30 minutes later I had a working garage door. I can’t be happier. 10/10 guys and gals.

Before anything else, we like to build a relationship with each and every customer. This builds trust between us and makes the overall experience that much more enjoyable for the customer.
