FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique, so I price based on the time, materials, and complexity involved. I provide up-front estimates, communicate throughout the process, and stick to fair, straightforward pricing. My goal is to give you quality work at a reasonable rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by learning what you need done — photos or a brief description help a lot. I provide a clear estimate, discuss any options, and schedule a time that works best for you. During the job, I communicate openly and make sure you’re comfortable with every step. I don’t consider the job done until you’re happy with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an electrical engineer by education, trained in safe wiring practices, troubleshooting, and system installation. Alongside my engineering career, I’ve spent years doing residential handyman work, giving me practical experience with repairs, mounting, maintenance, and a wide range of home projects.
