Jim did a great job in the plumbing, and trim work work projects I had. He was very punctual, explained why he was following a process for the repair and was professional in his demeanor and maintenance of his work space (which is our home). That was appreciated, as he was mindful of our home without it having to be pointed out. I have plans for Jim to return for follow up projects (5 stars).
