The service was wonderful. The workers were very respectful. They arrived in a timely manor and removed all my junk without making a mess. I would definitely recommend this company.
Showed up way late, but I was very happy he offered to come out on a holiday (Labor Day). Did the work of two or three men by himself for a reasonable price. I'd rehire.
Mr. Glass came right away to assess my bathroom faucet problem. I needed a new faucet and I left to pick it up and came home with it. I called him and he came right back within about an hour to install it. Plus he fixed a burnt out wall light switch. He only charged for one visit plus the labor. His hourly labor rate was about $30 less than another plumber I checked with. I'll be calling him again the next time I need a plumber or electrician.
Kerry and his team at Midwest Gutters were great! He got me a fast quote which beat all my other quotes. He was very responsive to emails. He also did great work on our house. He worked around our busy schedule and his team of workers were very respectful. I will recommend Midwest Gutters to everyone I know!
I had a job that needed to be completed in a few days. Marcus was very talented, and had the job completed in two days. I would highly recommend his services if you need a carpenter who cares about his work. He was very professional and courteous. Thank Marcus for your exceptional work....
We ended up working with Ed and I was very pleased with our fence repair and small ceiling repair job -- he did an awesome job. I was especially happy with how fair and direct the bidding was compared to other contractors I've dealt with (who seem to just be trying to rip me off). There was no mark up for materials and the estimated labor was pretty spot on for the time it took to complete our jobs. I will definitely hire them again.
Steve's workers Paco and the other gentleman that did the work did an excellent job, did a great job on cleanup, did everything they could to make me happy, very satisfied.
I hired Jim to install an electrical outlet in my home where there was not one. First, let me say that Jim was prompt to respond to my service request. I scheduled an appointment for him to come to my home to assess the job and provide me with an estimate. Jim arrived promptly, quoted a very fair price, and came ready to do the job. I hired him on the spot even though I had an appointment set for another professional to give me an estimate. Jim is very professional, yet personable, and efficient in his trade. The install was neat and clean, and Jim was careful to cleanup behind himself. I will definitely hang on to Jim's contact information and consider him for future home projects, as he is a general contractor and experienced in various construction trades. It should be clear by now that I highly recommend Jim Mowrey, owner of Kustom Remodeling. You won't be sorry. I'm sure not!
Martin Marquez did an amazing jobs repairing the walls in my home. I remained consistant, and keep in touch until the job was complete. The prize was very reasonable for me and family, and I would recommend anyone to his cleaning and restoration services.
Matthew came to my home to paint a few rooms and was I could tell he was a very professional and experienced person! He conducted himself in a professional manner, when questions arose he approached me and invited me into the room to go over what decision I would like to make, and he was true to his word with his pricing- he charged a flat rate labor and when the project was completed, what he quoted is what we were charged! Very impressed!!
Replaced patio door, Good: did a good job , picked up ordered door and was punctual about time given. Cleaned up after work. There was some work left after first day came back and fixed it next time Bad: there was little misunderstanding with cost of labor and parts... so make sure to ask for detail quote. All in all would recommend Seth.
I am extremely impressed with Holderman Construction. I recently hired this company for a project that involved several components, both indoor and exterior components, and I was completely satisifed with the results of every single component. I’ll go into the details in a minute, but among the highlights of working with this company were the excellent communication and feedback, the punctuality, great professionalism, and above all, the incredible attention to detail and high work quality, along with an excellent value - these guys put a lot of labor into my project at more than a fair price. And they were extremely easy to work with. My project lasted 4 days and they were great to interact with every single day, and did quality work every day. They were polite, friendly, and clean. They even removed their shoes, and did an outstanding job with post-project cleanup. The main interior project was bathroom remodeling of cabinets. We had attempted previously to have someone use color stain to re-stain our cabinets and trim, and we just never liked the results. So this project was starting to add up in cost, with a readily we didn’t really like. Ray (the primary/owner) and Aaron (one of his main partners) did an absolutely outstanding job on the bathroom cabinets. They fully sanded all the drawers and doors down so that the previous and original stains/polyurethane were completely removed before applying the color stain again. That was a critical component, because in the end, the color stain ended up looking terrific - even better than I’d hoped it would look. My expectation of how they should look when completed came from the swatches of the particular color I selected (rustic grey) for the color stain I’d purchased. We realized that the previous application of that same stain, we weren’t really seeing the wood come through the stain, but instead the previous (original) stain, becuase it hadn’t been fully removed. In the end, the cabinets and trim looked BETTER than that expectation! Ray and Aaron really hit it out of the park on this one. And when they were done with the sanding and staining, they cleaned up really well from the dust and there was very little lingering chemical smell from the stain. Awesome! I also had them fix some lingering plumbing problems that had frustrated me because a previous contractor was not able to resolve them. Not Holderman Construction - fixed them both for good. The remaining components of my project were wood rot repair and storm door installation. I really loved what they did with both of these tasks. Seems straightforward but there is the materials aspect - which product, wood or vinyl, etc. There was an odd complexity to the back door wood rot that introduced a potential obstacle but Ray and Aaron were able to find a solution and overcome it by finding the right type of wood at the right thickness (original builder apparently chose an unorthodox door and window frame thickness for SOME but not all of my windows and doors). They repaired the wood rot and painted over it and it looks great and is of course no longer rotted. But the real bonus for me was that in the process, Ray managed to correct an incredibly vexing problem with the main back door in front of the storm door - it was not level, and leaking a TON, and I mean a TON of air through the bottom and the sides. I didn’t go into the storm door installation with any expectation of improving the air flow issue for that door, but that’s what I ended up with. An almost complete remediation of that problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the back door now. It closes properly, it’s level, and virtually no air coming in! That’s only been bothering us for 15 years now. On top of that, several other contractors tried, but ultimately failed, to resolve that issue with the door. And come to think of it, at least one if not two previous contractors told me they’d fixed wood rot issues that they really did not fix. Well, they’re fixed now, becuase Holderman Construction fixed them CORRECTLY. Ray is highly attentive to detail, does quality work, at a more than fair price. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. And I can say the same for Aaron, his partner. I really enjoyed working with them, and not only would I hire Holderman Construction again, but I’m sure right now that I WILL hire them again for other projects I have waiting. I highly recommend them.
