They communicated times to come give me a quote along with explaining every detail to weatherproof our basement. Price was better than other quotes I was given along with going over all the options we could of done. Will definitely be referring them to our friends and family

Candid did a great job with the foundation work we needed on our house in Independence. It had extensive drainage problems and they were able to get it all fixed and we haven't had a problem since! Definitely recommend.

Friendly and professional, he came in and got the work done. I was confused about a start date at first, however, it was started within a reasonable timeframe and a good job was done. I needed cracks filled in my basement, it was a two day job. I'm pleased.

Blake Brose is as honest as they come. His name "Candid Construction" probably comes from the fact he will be open and candid with a customer. He is extremely dependable. I would give him five stars, but he is still a little green. This does not cause delays or anything bad, but he is somewhat inexperienced and as some construction hiccups occur as they always do, he may be a little slower with a solution as he has not yet "seen it all". I would employ him again in a heartbeat. I have not yet met a contractor that I would give five starts to, but give Blake Brose a little more time and he will probably be the first to earn five stars from me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE INSPECTION We will come onsite, assessing issues. Once we have determined the cause of the issues, we will create a plan that can used partially or fully to remediate moisture or damage. CONSTRUCTION Project is started, possible change orders are signed and approved, and payment draws are issued as the project progresses. TRANSFERABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY Any work and labor that we perform, if the customer desires to do all recommended steps, we offer a lifetime warranty.
