FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I gave the details earlier, but I'll do it again. I charge by the job, not by the hour. first, i come and give you a bid, or an estimate on how much the home will cost. It won't be anything outrageous, I just need to know what to expect before I go there to clean for the first time. If we agree on a price, we will set up a day where I can come clean for the first time. I'll clean what I can for the price we agreed on; however, it might be more or less than i expected. But, if that's the case, I will let you know before leaving the house, or I will leave a note telling you what I cleaned and what I had to skip that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I ask my mom sometimes what products I should use for certain things.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It wasn't really MY choice. I started learning how to do everything on my own when I was 9 years old: babysitting, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.
