FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very simple in pricing. We arent out to gouge the customer, we want to build relationships and over pricing is not the way to build a good relationship and get refferals. We want to become the customers first call out always when they need something done. Great pricing and good work keeps that going. pricing on materials as wood goes, changes all the time depending on many things, we only keep our bids good for 30 days on materials, labor costs are always the same even if you do the job a year later. We have many repeat customers. We do some very small repairs, that others wont even look at and then we do the big repairs later they need as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out and look at EVERY job before its bidded except sometimes the handyman for a day service. Then we get all measurements and materials list together and submit bid to homeowner and wait for response from them. we dont bug customers, we know they woll call us when ready. We do advise of specials going on in materials so they dont miss out on money savong deals too. Bids are broken down so if they prefer to purchase materials separately they can or if want to get credit for materials from supplier they can and just pay us labor fees. Then if accepted we set date. We stay in contact with customer till install date and then get the job done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking into the how too's on new materials on fencing as they come out. As well as roofing commercial materials. We are alwat6s learning the new things and if a customer has an idea of what they want, we will make sure we can do it.
