I contacted Ducky Drains yesterday and they were out today. Dathan did a great job installing a new supply line to the toilet, replacing the rubber toilet ring under the unit and repairing the shower ring. He was efficient and professional. I would use them again for any plumbing issues.

We cannot recommend Ducky Drains enough! For several YEARS, our salon's tankless water heater has been throwing an error code. We have had FOUR different reputable plumbing companies come out over the years, and none of them were able to figure out the problem. Ducky Drains did!They were incredibly knowledgeable and actually took the time to research the issue instead of guessing. They didn't try to sell us unnecessary maintenance services, their pricing was very reasonable, and we didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment.Our technician, Dylan, was fantastic, super friendly, professional, and thorough. When he finished, he put everything back together and cleaned up the entire mess.After years of dealing with this problem, it's such a relief to finally have it FIXED! We will absolutely be using Ducky Drains again. Honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and great customer service.

This is my second experience using Dillon and Ducky Drains. Dillon is very responsive, diagnosed and explained the problem and quoted a fair price for the work. After completing the task he cleaned the area and made sure everything was good. I highly recommend using this company.
