Dan showed up on time and replaced my garbage disposal quickly. I was disappointed when I realized that I had to crawl under the sink and take a picture of the serial number which was oriented toward the back of the sink. I would have preferred snapping a photo of the SN before it was installed. Also the price seemed high for the time it took to install the garbage disposal.

Gentlemen came out to assess why our pipes would not hold pressure. He said when he arrived that unless we wanted to pay $1200 for him to start banging around on pipes that we should just send out spire again much to my surprise I get a service call invoice for doing absolutely nothing! Not sure what kind of service call that was but I would not be using these guys again. Seems like that’s where they make the bulk of their money.
