Evan was outstanding from start to finish. He came out the same day I requested service and quickly diagnosed that my LG WashCombo needed a new drain pump. The part wasn’t available in St. Louis, so he ordered it and kept me updated throughout the process. He allowed me to pay a deposit that went toward the final repair, which I really appreciated.
Once the part arrived, he came back promptly, replaced the drain pump, removed a clog he found, tested everything thoroughly, and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. He was honest, professional, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. My washer is back up and running perfectly.
If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, reliable, and who truly takes care of his customers, I highly recommend Appliance STL Repair LLC. I’ll definitely be calling Evan again for any future appliance repairs.
