Bobby did not take a break.He worked till the job was done. This was a very hard job. Old wood had to be taken out and replaced. Space had to be added for the different szed door.

The technician who completed the work was courteous and did a good job installing the handrail. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the company was disappointing.
The technician arrived about an hour late, was wearing sandals, and did not appear to be fully prepared for the job. When I asked about the cost before the work began, I was told that the final price would be determined by his boss. After the installation was completed, I was unexpectedly charged $150 to install a single handrail, despite providing all of the materials except for the screws.
While I appreciate the quality of the technician's work, the lack of communication, professionalism, and pricing transparency means I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. I would like to clarify a few things. I drove approximately 45 minutes to your home, and after arriving I found that some of the necessary parts were not available. I then made an additional trip to Home Depot to get what was needed so the installation could be completed. In total, I spent about 2.5 hours on this job, including travel time and purchasing the required screws. During our conversation, you offered to pay only $60. Considering the time, travel, and work involved, $60 did not even cover my time and expenses. However, I accepted the $60 and did not ask you for any additional payment. I’m glad you were happy with the quality of the installation, and I always strive to provide good workmanship. Thank you for the opportunity, and I wish you all the best.
