I had a simple toilet issue that I could not fix. Jake was one of the first to reach out to me. Once he realized that he could probably save me money and time by walking me thru how to fix it, he did and now my toilet is fixed. This will definitely save money on my water bill. Jake also checked on me the next day to ensure it was still working properly. I appreciate the lesson in toilet drains. If you ever need a plumber, hire Jake! He is one of the few honest plumbers I’ve ever worked with.
