- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always tell the customer that couldn't give the a bit over the phone,' I need to to see the project to give a fair honest bid. I would also let them know my first initial clean, always coast more. If I am doing a clean and its every week or biweekly, first clean is more after that first clean the price will go down. if I clean once a month most likely that first clean price will stay the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what my costumer, wants done. I listen well. I think communication is the most import part to my job. truly understanding how and what my new costumer wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe cleaning is an art. most people think they could clean professionally, every body cleans right"{" wrong} cleaning is about being organize, having the best products to get the job done. forming a routine so you don't miss anything.
