It normally takes me a while to warm up to someone and feel comfortable enough to open up. I felt comfortable and confident with James almost immediately. We accomplished more in a few months than I was able to in roughly 10 years. I felt excited for each new session and always felt a great sense of hope after a session had ended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free 15 minute consultation. $90for half hour coaching session, $140 for one hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the consultation we'll purely evaluate whether we are a good fit. Once we're into the coaching session we'll set up a goal we'd like to obtain, a question to be answered and so on. After that, we'll walk through the process of me coaching you to succeed and find the answer through the process recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Associate Diversity Coach through the Coach Diversity Institute.
