Otis and his crew of 2 other movers arrived in their moving truck exactly when he said they would and quickly, yet with care, loaded up everything I was moving. One of his team members disassembled a huge L-shaped desk and put it back together again at my new place flawlessly. And all of this during the middle of a heat wave on a Monday afternoon. Otis and his team worked very well together - loading up & moving out was just as quick as unloading & moving in. From the first message I sent to Otis asking about their availability to the end of their service when I made the payment, this move was so smooth because of Full Service Moving. Thank you Otis and crew!!!

Otis & M did a wonderful job today. They picked up a few items and delivered them to the drop off location as requested. They moved several HEAVY items up and down stairs. It was extremely hot and they muscled thru! I am a Realtor and will be recommending this team to anyone who needs small or large moves!

I had a complex move of about 7 items of furniture to/from 3 locations. Otis and Marlon were prompt, efficient and respectful of the pieces, keeping them clean and wrapped during transport ( important with the velvet couch). I would use them again without questions. They were very responsive and on time.
