- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a new business positioned strategically within another that compliment each other very well and as we have this supportive relationship we are able to build each other up to provide the most holistic approach in functional fitness matched by no one in the area, no matter what fitness level you are at today. We have the ability to enhance your quality of life from getting up from a chair OR positioning you for a college scholarship for athletics. (I have done both for past clients) I have a 14-day Kick Starter to movin like a Boss Program and a 30-day Functional Fitness Physique Challenge for those that want to have more accountability in carrying over LIFESTYLE changes that WORK, so that they can make huge gains in FAT LOSS and LIVE to be the BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES. I preach sustainability to what works for YOUR LIFE. I also offer physical therapy, personal training, nutrition consulting, Yoga, education on practical applications from fitness to nutrition workshops. I offer a wide array of pricing because I am able to serve a variety of people's needs where some services are FREE, I do have special promotions for challenges, and then have individualized services depending on the extent of the client's goals. I empower you with the knowledge to learn more about what works for you so that you can take what you learn, apply it, resolve it, and move on with your life to be able to do things that you want to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have clients fill out a questionnaire that educates me on the clients needs, goals, past medical history, and challenges that need to be overcome. I then assess where they are physically, nutritionally, and mentally because all of these components are crucial to YOUR SUCCESS. Then we discuss how I can best service your needs that would maximize your time and be most effective for budget. I provide video references to support what was instructed on in our sessions, educate on tools that increase your independence, and strategies that will make functional fitness and nutrition a more effective piece of your lives 24/7 so that it sticks and is NOT a fad.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Health Sciences, Master's in Physical Therapy, CrossFit Level 1 certified, AFAA certified, Instructed Yoga in workshops during college to other physical therapists in how to integrate Yoga into their daily practice, and have life experience of gaining/losing 65-80 lbs x 3 after pregnancies and have NEVER GIVEN UP, which has allowed me to take ALL the strategies, that have failed AND worked for me and pass them along to my clients. This allows my clients to integrate methods to their lives as to what will work instead of having them conform to a diet that will be temporary and in most cases rebound to gain even more weight then when they started. I empower my clients to increase their awareness and find the methods that work for their unique circumstances whether they travel regularly, a college athlete, or a stay at home mom. We all want to feel our best and just need some basic knowledge of ourselves and our needs in order to get a strategy in place and then the experimenting and tweaking begins as the NEW LIFESTYLE STARTS! I LOVE seeing the TRANSFORMATIONS in body, spirit, AND mind! It is so empowering to give back my clients a life that they deserve!
