We hired Alex to put in our engineered flooring on the main floor of our house. Alex did a great job on the floor, had some good suggestions for us on how to go about the job and showed up when he said he would. We are really happy with the finished product! We would hire Alex again.

Alex did an outstanding job with our bathroom remodel project. He's a straight shooter and a man of his word. Although we had formal agreements, I always knew his handshake was all I needed. You can count on Alex to give you a fair price for the time he and his team put toward a project. It was refreshing to be able to talk pros and cons of different ideas as the project was underway. He showed great flexibility and true pride in his work. He is a great fellow and guy that I can now call a friend. Alex is a pleasure to work with and continues to help me with additional projects.

Alex and his crew did a great job with our laundry room flooring job. The job was ripping out existing linoleum, and sub flooring, installing new sub floor, new porcelain tile and finish work. Alex's expertise in general contracting gave us great peace of mind, and he gave us many ideas for how to make it even better than we pictured (tile layout, grout selection, etc.). The job was completed within the time frame given, and it all looks excellent. Would definitely hire again.

Replaced 20 year old deck composite-TIMBERTECH- they thoroughly inspected framing, explained all that needed to be done to maintain integrity of structure. They did a great job making everything right and deck looks and feels great! The site was cleaned up perfectly upon completion I will be calling Marshall and Sons again for future projects. Alex and Isaac are outstanding!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. We do however work with several different supply companies to get our customers the best possible prices and products. We have very fair prices on all labor and guarantee all labor for 5 years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an idea of what work the customer wants and then working with them to get them the products and design they are looking for. Also making sure they are happy through the term of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date on all codes and new products being released to ensure that I get my customers the best work and products possible.
