- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commercial: We do not give a final quote until a walk through is complete for Commercial Cleaning. New Client Discount of $100 of free cleaning once you sign up as a commercial client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Commercial: I like to schedule a time to provide a free cleaning consultation. I bring a custom packet fit for you so we may outline all needs of the workplace. Once walk through is complete, I will present the final quote a long with my contract, insurance information and chemical information. Licensed and Insured, more information per request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
