- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at Loveland Home Solutions are always upfront about our pricing before starting any of your projects. We like to ensure that you are satisfied with the price we have requested before beginning. We collect payment only after the job is completed and you are satisfied with our work. We also offer a senior and military discount of 10% towards your bill!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts by having a phone conversation with our scheduler to receive all of your contact information and any information regarding the project at hand. We then move forward with setting up an appointment for a FREE electrical estimate. If you approve of our price, we can do/start your project the same day. Or, schedule the work to be completed when it is more convenient for you! However, if you decide to go another route with your project, we simply wish you the best and go our separate ways!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers are licensed and drug tested to ensure you have the best workers possible in your home. Whether the job is a simple panel fix or a large-scale home rewire, the past 50 years have shown our leadership team and staff everything under the sun.
