I have been in business for over 43 yrs. I just started working for Thumbtack a few years ago but been rehabbing houses for a customer and then went to friends so I don't show many customers right now a lot times when people see my work I get referred very quickly so I am limited to how much work I can take. I also one been awarded one of the Thumbtack Top Pro. awards for great work,in a timely Manor and keeping area safe and clean up every day. I have been working in the Remodeling and Construction business all my life. I have A+ rating with the BBB which is really Fantastic for a small business that has done hundreds of Remodeling and Construction jobs over the span of 43 years. From St. Albans to Chesterfield to Ballwin to St. Charles and South County are just a few. I am proud of what I have accomplished over the years. To get that A+ rating I worked very hard to keep it and always try to be a good contracting company that people have trusted all these years. I think that says a lot of what people think of me and my work. I am a master of over 5 different trades plus I do my own drawings for my own permits which has advantage with using me I can usually get permits much faster also because my drawing are much easier to understand since I know what the building department is looking for. My construction are old time and have been tested over time and they still stand to be the best, when it comes to certain type of construction holding a lot of weight and are much safer when put with the modern building codes provides a much better and safer lasting job. I always try to practice safety and clean up before I leave for the day. I am very capable of doing most things (contractors say that can't be done). I was raised on the complicated work. I try to furnish the best possible materials I can for the type of job I am doing. I can provide you with a better quality of material for a better price compared to any home chain supply stores. I deal with mostly contractor supply houses, and used quality lumber from lumber supply yards who cater to the contractor and offer better quality of material. I usually can save you 10% or better off your Kitchen Cabinets to Basements supplies, as well plumbing and electrical. If you have a written bid I can also save 5-10% off your bid. You may also supply your own material but if you do I can't stand behind the material unless I furnished it, also you are responsible to have everything there when I need it otherwise there maybe a charge for making me wait. I will tell picking out material can be very trying if you don't know what you want and how to find and pick out quality material and figure what you need can be a big problem. I have been doing custom and quality work for over 43 years. I have many more pictures to be added but not enough room ask to see them and can show them to you and the pictures you see are real jobs I have done myself no subcontractors during my time in business. Unless I need a license plumber or electrician. To show the talent I bring to the business. I am also very dependable and easy to work with. I can be very helpful when you are doing a large project. With my experience, I can also help you with your designing of your new project, if not sure or need help. I also have other professionals that work within my business. I am also a non drinker and smoker. I am very capable handling any size job small or large. If there is something you wonder if I do. Just ask, if I can't do it , I usually can tell you who can. I like meeting different types of people. I also take a lot of pride in my work and it shows. I like to admire the really cool jobs I have done for people. I also like to hear the people say I never thought it would look like that. I like to see the faces of my customer, after I do a custom job. When they see how good the designs are and the quality workmanship. I do have a saying if I can see something wrong with the job, then its just a matter of time before the customer sees it also. So I try to make sure that the job is complete before I leave your home . I may miss things sometimes, but I will always come back to fix what I missed.
