Seth was Johnny on the spot, tracking down a water leak. He was thoughtful in keeping me involved in his progress, before, during, and after. His price was a bonus on top of his prompt repair. I would give him six stars if it was an option. Thanks for saving Christmas Seth!!!

My year and a half old dryer stopped working and I was not willing to pay the high prices quoted by the manufacturer to compete the repairs. I am so glad I reached out to Seth. He was very responsive throughout the process. Based on the problem statement added to the work request, Seth made an educated assessment and recommendation for the dryer repair. He quickly took action to order the part (ended up replacing a few sensors while the machine was apart) and buttoned everything up perfectly! Quick, painless, and reasonably priced!! Not that hope anything else breaks that I am unable to fix, but if it does happen, I will be reaching out to Seth.
