  Pricing Options That Fit Your Project At DSN Solutions LLC, I offer both hourly and flat-rate pricing to ensure fairness and clarity. I work closely with each customer to determine which option best suits the scope of their project. • Hourly Rate: Ideal for smaller or open-ended tasks such as drywall patching, minor repairs, or troubleshooting. My standard rate is $75 per hour. • Flat Rate: Recommended for well-defined jobs like ceiling fan installations, faucet replacements, or TV mounting — providing a clear, upfront cost with no surprises. Every estimate includes a detailed breakdown, so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Customers can reach out by phone, text, or through Thumbtack, and I typically respond within 1 to 3 hours to learn more about their needs. If the project requires an on-site evaluation, I’ll schedule a convenient time to visit the property. During the visit, I’ll assess the task, walk through available options, and—when applicable—provide a clear, itemized estimate. Before any work begins, you’ll receive a branded estimate form outlining the scope of work, pricing, and any optional upgrades.

  Over the past 25+ years, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience as a handyman, learning from seasoned professionals and refining my craft along the way. While I initially worked part-time while building a career in information technology, I’ve since fully transitioned into home services. For the last 9+ years, I’ve proudly dedicated myself full-time to serving homeowners throughout St. Charles and the surrounding communities — building a loyal customer base through quality work, reliability, and trust.
