- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. We provide upfront estimates whenever possible and explain all costs before work begins. There are no surprise charges. Our goal is to deliver quality work at a reasonable price while making sure customers feel they received real value for their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the issue or project and asking a few questions to understand exactly what the customer needs. From there, we provide an estimate, schedule a convenient time, and keep communication clear throughout the process. Once the work is complete, we make sure everything is functioning properly and that the customer is completely satisfied before we leave
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands on experience in appliance repair, home improvement, installations, and residential maintenance. We also hold EPA 608 certification, which allows us to work with refrigerants used in many household appliances and HVAC systems. We continue building our skills through ongoing training and real world experience.
