It was apparent that Cody was a well qualified electrician from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He even went above and beyond by re-wiring a circuit that was done incorrectly years ago. I would recommend him to anyone.
Wilco did an excellent job replacing and installing my new outside lights. Cody was very professional, neat and helpful and worked quickly and had a fair rate!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward but can change according to the CPI (consumer pricing index). You can contact us for a current price schedule.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the customer contacts us either directly or through a lead platform, we reach out to them and assess their needs and whether we are a good fit then we get them on our schedule. The customer will pick a time that works for them and they will get an appointment window with a 2 hour arrival window.
Things could be different depending on whether this is for an estimate or a service call. With estimates we will talk with you, get an idea of what you need, make an assessment and take some notes. We will send you a bill for $125.00 for an estimate, but don’t worry! If you hire us the $125.00 that you paid does go toward your balance.
If it’s a service call we may ask a series of questions to isolate the problem and get a better understanding of what needs to be done. We do stock a great deal of parts on hand to address most common situations which allows for us to be quick and efficient on your job. Sometimes things are non ordinary but don’t worry! We’ve seen every situation you can imagine so you can rest assured that you’re in good hands.
If you have a power outage or something similar we can help you with emergency power via one of our generators. Just make sure to let us know!
