- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple as we charge a flat hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum in general stuff. We do have a number of things that we have set pricing on (ie: TV mounting, light fixture replacement, other common tasks) that you can see on our profile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I first listen to their needs then educate them on my work flow and pricing. If they are satisfied we will move forward with working with one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2012 I went to trade school for Electrical and began working in construction as a residential electrician in 2013 and became a electrical service tech in 2015. I stayed in that field until I became a industrial maintenance electrician working with commercial and industrial copiers and print presses. Since then I’ve attended dozens of seminars, online trainings and in person trade shows and events to broaden my field knowledge. I prefer to be as educated as possible in my field.
