I am providing a two-star rating due to a lack of follow-up and insufficient lighting installation to adequately illuminate my residence. I was particularly disappointed by the suggestion that I required educational materials on lighting, which I found to be rather dismissive. I initially contacted the company at the end of March concerning issues with previously installed landscape lighting, which was not completed by Wilco. The initial service call, which cost over $200, successfully reset the lights to a timer and identified the reason for the backlights' malfunction. A subsequent follow-up, costing over $300, involved replacing a total of three lights. However, I was not content with the illumination provided by the new LED lights, despite being assured that this was the appropriate solution from the outset. As I am not a lighting expert, I relied on their professional judgment. Regrettably, the lighting has not improved, and one of the recently replaced lights is already non-functional. I also discovered an additional light was out after their visit and was informed that these lights had reached the end of their lifespan. Three years seems like a rather brief lifespan to me. As an unsatisfied customer, I would advise other women or anyone not well-versed in lighting to exercise caution when considering this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. We charge a service call fee of $95 and $125.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, for residential customers. We do charge for material used out of our inventory, but we do NOT charge any extra credit card processing fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we first listen to their needs, then educate them on our workflow and pricing. If they are satisfie,d we will move forward with working with one another.
