We had landscaping company delay project and ultimately back out. Not only did Daltons respond they spoke with other customers who had schedule flexibility to fit us in since we reached one week away from a large party and our landscaping was in bad shape due to previous company backing out last minute. Hired Mr Dalton to install a French drain along one side of house, deliver river rock to go on top of drain, and remove old bushes from front of house. French drain has been installed, looks good and thank you. Still waiting for delivery of rock and removal of bushes. He requested 1/3 payment up front, which is totally fair, but when he sent the bill via Square Up, there was no option to select partial payment.
