- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
K&K provides five separate services. Service 1: Loading & Unloading containers or PODs. Fees are as follows. One hour minimum fee of $150 for packing or unpacking trucks or PODs. After minimum number of hours fees are as follows. Two Man: $80 per hour. Three Man: $120 per hour. Four Man: $160 per hour. Service 2: Full-service home and apartment moves. Fees are as follows. (Two-hour minimum fee of $349 for a 17ft, 20ft, or 26ft truck.) After minimum number of hours fees are as follows. Two Man: $80 per hour. Three Man: $120 per hour. Four Man: $160 per hour. **Minimum fees may vary dependent upon the distance traveled to the job site, day of the week and moving distance requested by the customer. **If you have items that are listed under service 3 you will NOT be charged additional fees if you are already paying for service 2. Service 3: Piece Moves. Overweight and in-house piece moves. Washers, dryers, treadmills, pianos (upright pianos only), cabinets, sectionals, exercise equipment, refrigerators, and vanities. Service 4: (Overweight items) Vending Machines, pool tables, hot tubs, and gun safes, etc. Fees are described below. Piece move fees are priced ranged from $125 - $450 depending upon the weight of the object, how many team members are needed, if there are stairs involved, if a truck or van is required, and the distance the customer is requesting it to be moved. (If a truck or van is required for a piece move, fees start at $225 minimum and up to $350 minimum) Service 5: Packing and Unpacking boxes and containers. Assisting customers in safely packing household items into boxes or containers. We will also assist in placing customers belongings where the customer requests, install TV mounts, and assemble or disassemble beds. Additional requests for service may also be made by the customer. Fees are as follows. Two employees: One Hour Minimum Service Fee of $150.00 (Recommended) After one-hour fees are as follows. One Man: $40 per hour. Two Man: $80 per hour. Three Man: $120 per hour.

One of our team members will review the details of the customer's request. We will discuss pricing details and set a date and time to start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in this industry for three years. Each employee I hire is properly trained and every employee has prior experience in this industry. Each team member is aware of how to effectively and safely handle all types of furniture and household objects, including overweight items.
