Showed up same day and moved an organ out of the basement to the main level. Quick workers and good value. Good communication as well.

I think it’s important to be nice, especially in a consumer service industry like moving, and these guys were super nice and especially gregarious. They did the move without complaint, didn’t whine at all, and for the most part, did a nice job overall, though they were a bit slow. They only needed to unpack the 16 foot truck, but there wasn’t quite the urgency one might expect. My only hesitation to give five stars is that when I asked to hold a certain box out, they didn’t listen, and it took forever to find the box I needed with my prescription medicine. Because the home was being renovated, we had to put most of the goods in a back bedroom, which slowed the moving process and has created a rather difficult prospect at decluttering the room as I unpack. Worse, they packed the 65 inch TV at the very back of the room against the wall, and since setting it up is a two-man job, I’ll have to hire someone else later to put it up. The only clothes dresser I have was left in the living room/dining room so again I’ll have to either hire somebody or try to move it by myself. With most things were being moved to that back bedroom, the move took longer and was a bit more expensive than was originally quoted, and there was a bit of sticker shock on my part to pay $270.
