FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always start with a complimentary 15-20 minute consultation. I like to get to know the client so I can better assess his or her goals. After, I like to encourage clients to purchase and entire nutrition package so they are being fully supported over the coarse of three months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with the complimentary consultation with an intake form, I provide via email. I follow that with an hour long visit. During the visit, I explain all the nuts and bolts of my program. It is a lot of learning! Clients walk away from that visit with a meal plan, a variety of recipes, the formula for the program, plus additional nutrition handouts. Each following session is a half an hour. Grocery store tours can also be a part of the nutrition package. In addition to one on one coaching, I provide group coaching and virtual coaching. I am a former teacher, so I am used to educating in larger groups. In the group we work together for eight weeks and cover a variety of health topics. My group members have great success losing weight and improving health!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance as well as a Master's of Art in Education.
