- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of discounts. Typically, they are included in pricing, but feel free to ask about specific types of discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we offer five different styles of booth, we narrow which booths the customer is interested in having for their event. I send a message with descriptions of the booths, along with an event worksheet and contract. We answer questions along the way. Once we receive the contract and deposit we guarantee the date. We create a layout for the event and ask the renter to proof and edit it. We arrive at the event one hour prior to the start, unless discussed earlier. We then have fun and take great photos. At the end of the event, we clean and pack up and head back to the office to upload all the photos. Once they are uploaded, we send the renter a link of all the photos for their use. They are able to view, download on or all of the photos and share.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owner of Personal Expressions Photo Booth, I have been to the Photo Booth Expo the last three years and have had an assistant attend with me for the past two year. I have also had intensive training through the Photo Booth Professionals International the past two years. This is a three day intensive conference which brings 200 of the best photo booth owners world wide together to learn how to excel at our craft of creating excellent photos, while encouraging great fun.
