- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, and we are not out to nickel and dime our clients. Our leasing and property management fees are listed on our website, and clearly outlined in our management agreement. If you are only searching for the lowest price company, then we won't be the best fit for you - you can always find someone cheaper than the last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule a quick phone call, so that we can briefly tell you about our services, answer any initial questions you have, and determine if we think we'll be a good fit. From there, we'll schedule a meeting at your property (if you're still living locally), and get into more details on our services, provide a rent value to you, and discuss our next steps. After that we will sign the property management agreement and get started!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner and broker, Danielle Ohlms, began her real estate career in 2005, and started in property management four years later. Like many of those in the industry, her property management career began mostly by accident. It quickly became apparent that with her passion for helping others and strong level of customer service, property management was something that Danielle thrived in. Her passion for property management and helping others build wealth led Danielle to opening Keyrenter St. Charles Property Management. Danielle brings a fresh approach to the St. Louis area property management market, and thrives on helping her clients save money and earn more on their investments.
