I am the Broker/Owner of Jeremy Schneider Real Estate, we help people
buy and sell homes in St. Charles, St. Louis, Lincoln and Warren County. I have high standards of communication and my goal is to serve, educate, listen and provide information in a timely manner at the level of detail necessary to assure my clients of their purchase or sale. Jeremy Schneider Real Estate Team is a team of realtors who support each other to provide a seamless experience for every client who trusts our company with their needs.

Buyers, whether new or experienced need information about their search, availability, market conditions, financing, and long-term benefits of their choices. I help sellers price their property to sell in a short time while maximizing market conditions. The approach to sell a home starts with analyzing motivation, timing, pricing, concerns and above all the effects on the individual or family. Service to the sale is necessary, caring for the client is what sets me a part.

When Jeremy listed my house, he didn't low ball me like the other agents. I had 2 other agents tell me 275-295 for my house. I am in the industry and knew that was low. Jeremy thought 330,000. Me being aggressive, went with 350, dropped to 339,900 and we got 2 offers. Eventually sold for 333,000. Jeremy was open to my strategy knowing my house may sit. In the end we got top dollar. On the purchase side I am a perfectionist. Houses are selling within 1-3 days. Long story short, I am very difficult client to please. Jeremy never lost his cool with me even when I clearly deserved it. He was very professional, and willing to do anything including door knock on specific houses I have always liked.
