When I provide a quote under this scenario I always ask myself, would I pay the quoted fee? That's how I base my pricing. Wouldn't ask someone to pay something I wouldn't be willing to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask a lot of questions and listen to what the person is saying. Determine what the goals are then determine what is the most effective way to accomplish that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an enrolled agent authorized to practice before the IRS. Rigorous continuing education requirement required each year and I commit myself to far exceed what is required each year. Never to old to learn something new in any aspect of life.
