Introduction: I teach public studio classes at Blue Bird Yoga in historic St. Charles. I also offer private sessions with individuals or groups. In addition to that, I teach corporate classes at the offices around the greater St. Charles area.
I am a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with two 200-hour teacher training I've completed. I offer restorative-, vinyasa- and hatha-style classes.
I will work with you to reach your personal goals. Yoga offers so many wonderful benefits to the mind, body and soul. I became a teacher to bring that to other's lives.
