We recently had our old chain-link fence replaced, and I could not be more impressed with the team that did the work. At first, we were worried it would be a massive (and expensive) job because the old fence was covered in years of overgrowth. To our surprise, their crew came in and had the entire old fence taken out in just 25–30 minutes. From start to finish, the whole project was completed in a single day, and the results were better than we imagined. The crew was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. What we expected to be a long and stressful process turned out to be quick and seamless thanks to their hard work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a new fence—you’ll be impressed by the speed, quality, and professionalism of their service!

I initially thought working with this company would be a positive experience, but I was disappointed with the communication and professionalism. After the first meeting, I was told the project would begin the following week. That didn’t happen, and communication became confusing — I was contacted from two different numbers, responses were slow, and when I expressed concern, the response I received was rude and unprofessional. Because I had already signed the contract, I felt stuck moving forward. There were additional delays with Dig Rite (which they insisted only they could call), a rain delay, and even a mistake with the gate sizing that required resetting posts. The fence posts were set fairly well, but the project dragged on longer than expected. Finally, I had asked for a 5-foot black fence. I later found out it was not vinyl-coated as I assumed — it was only spray-painted black, which was not explained up front. The installer even mentioned he ran out of spray paint as he was finishing. This may explain why the bid was cheaper than competitors, but it was never clarified beforehand. If you’re simply looking for a cheaper fence and aren’t concerned about communication or clear expectations, they will eventually get the job done. But if you want timely work, professionalism, and good customer service, I would recommend looking at another company.
