FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $45 per hour. I usually like to hear what you are wanting from a job and decide how long each job will take. I work fast and don't over estimate on jobs. If it looks like it is more than I first thought, I will contact you before I start charging more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the first step in working with a new customer is listening. This is their project and business. I need to make sure I take their vision and goals and then put my expertise to work so we both achieve a great final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Graphic Design. I ran my own Studio for 17 years where we did all design, printing, screen printing, vehicle graphics, web sites. After 17 years I felt that I did mostly "running a business" and no creative work. So I sold it and became the Creative Director for a college. I love my new job but still like working for companies on the side.
