- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for alot of things that will have variables in them that are unknown. I also have a 2 hour minimum ($90) even if it's a 30 minute job but usually most jobs reach the 2 hour mark anyway. Then there are some things that are a flat out price even if I end up losing money. It just all depends on the job. also with furniture I know it has base prices but it will depend on the make model and how extensive the piece is. There can be one table that takes 10 minutes and another one that is extravagant and takes 3 hours (all depends). base price is there but disclaimer it could be a little bit higher not much probably but a little 👍🤙🤘🤜🤛
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting them and setting up a time to come look at the job as soon as possible whenever is convenient for both of us. (example)-(I could probably come right then after we contact each other.) or (. I might be booked up for a few days then the day I'm free the customer might be busy and we would have to pick a convenient time for both of us). Most jobs can be done right away though after looking at the job and discussing things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various Construction crews, landscaping crews even milberger pest control! ha a bit off topic but🤷 Remodeling jobs with older very experienced contractors who would amaze me with all the knowledge they had and taught me(We did about everything you could think of) Home Depot (set up the store bays and layouts Plano grams displays basically every light fixture and toilet you see on display I installed it was a fun job. LowesPro(Installation job) dutys- detail and draw layouts/measure/and finally install (specialty was bath - vanity cabinets vanity tops faucets shut off valves plumbing back splash side splash tape off and silicone/caulk for professional perfect lines and also I did home decor window treatments (I never knew how EXTENSIVE WINDOW TREATMENTS COULD GET ). lol seriously
