Had a door replaced. The Work was completed in a timely manner and everything functions as it should. Door opens and closes easily with zero gaps around it. No complaints. Wouldn’t hesitate to have more work done by them.

We found ourselves in a tough situation when our basement flooded. We had to have all of the carpet removed and baseboards removed to eliminate mold. Marcus was asked to replace the custom 6in baseboards in a fairly large basement. He was easy to work with and worked around our schedule. He stained and installed the baseboards flawlessly giving our basement a very professional and finished look. He charged a fair price and even helped out by replacing some of the sheet rock with no charge at all. I would definitely recommend Marcus for construction/carpentry work and look forward to using his services in the future.

I needed to have a very ugly deck pressure washed, and painted. Some of the old wood needed replacing and cleaned up. Out of the 3 contractors I contacted for bids, Marcus of Frame One Construction was the first to respond and his bid was the first to be presented. He also installed a gazebo over the deck. This is my new place to spend quiet time. I just love my new gazebo. In addition, he installed the solar lights and even helped me set up my new furniture.
Since then he has also set up several items of boxed furniture, including a new desk that seemed very difficult. He changed the faucets in my bathroom, and I can tell you that included several trips to Home Depot for additional material. He did a great job with that. Marcus cleaned up after him at the end of every day and he was very responsive and easy to work with. If you are looking for an all rounder for your small construction needs, look no more. Marcus is your guy! Thank again Marcus.

He finished a quick job we had around the house. Took shorter than I thought it would, and did a great job completing it. Was respectful, and made sure everything was in order before he took off. Would recommend, and will use in the future.
