- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not since all situations are different. However, I can ensure that my services are cost effective and that I will always have the homeowners best interest when providing any service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the prospective owner and discuss the needs. Serve as a go between for owners and residents. There are times that owners are renting to friends/family members and need a professional intervention for many reasons; I would be the person that would handle the issues and therefore relationships can be saved. Homeowners are looking to sell their property and need a management company to assist in renting in order to still be able to make the mortgage. There is no upfront cost in using my services for this. I will market your property and ensure that you have a renter in your home (marketing costs may apply) I may be utilized for lease only options or eviction only options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Property Manager since 2005 and have worked in the housing industry since 2000. I have worked in Market, Tax Credit and HUD properties. I have lived in rental homes and helped homeowners that rent in the past. I have the knowledge it takes to ensure that all I's are dotted and T's crossed.
