This company was great to work with. When I called asking how far out their schedule was to replace a kitchen faucet they were able to get me in within 24 hours of calling. James did a fantastic job installing the new faucet. He was professional and respectful. I would recommend giving them a call.

James and the Plumbing Innovations team were great to work with. I had a leaking shower valve at an occupied rental property that had caused a much larger issue, and they were able to come out quickly, provide a quote, and complete the repair the same day. Communication was easy throughout the process, they coordinated access without any issues, replaced the shower valve and trim, and sent photos once the work was completed. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and professionalism, especially given the urgency of the situation. Id definitely use them again.

James was a godsend, had issues with our shower that seemed to never end, working with the manufacturer wasn't amounting to much success, but James's ingenuity resulted in us getting taken care of better than I could have hoped.
