- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $25 off coupon for any service, $50 off any service over $350, and $100 off water heaters. We use flat-rate pricing which means you pay the same fair price no matter how long the repair takes. No hourly surprises—just peace of mind. Service fees are only applied when we arrive to your house, diagnose your issues, give you a recommendation for the repair/replacement, and you choose not to move forward with the work. There is a $100 service fee for diagnoses under 35 minutes, and $175 for diagnoses that take over 35 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We start with a quick phone consultation to understand your issue and schedule a convenient time for service. 2. When our licensed plumber arrives, they’ll inspect the problem, explain the cause, and provide upfront flat-rate pricing before any work begins. 3. Once approved, we complete the repair or installation, test everything thoroughly, and clean up the work area. 4. Before leaving, we make sure you’re fully satisfied and answer any questions so you feel confident about the service

All of our plumbers are fully licensed and insured, with years of hands-on training and continuing education to stay up to date with the latest plumbing codes, safety standards, and technology.
